How buying from the Innate Frames shop works, and when you can get your money back, in plain language. Last updated 23 September 2026.

the short version

  • You’re buying digital files. Nothing is shipped.
  • Prices are in rupees and are the full price. No GST is added: I’m not GST-registered.
  • Once you’ve downloaded a file or opened its Drive link, the sale is generally final, because a file can’t be handed back.
  • If something’s wrong with your order, email me and I’ll put it right or refund you.

  1. 01Who you’re buying from

    Innate Frames is the studio name of Priyanshu, a real estate video editor based in India. I run the shop myself. You can reach me at work@priyanshurathod.com.

  2. 02What’s for sale

    Digital files for editing real estate video: LUT packs, Premiere Pro and After Effects project templates, and licensed footage. Each product page says what’s included, the file format and size (or that it comes through Google Drive), and its licence. Nothing physical is sold, and nothing is shipped.

  3. 03Prices and payment

    Prices are in Indian rupees (₹). You see the price on the product page and again on the order summary before you pay, and that price is the total. I’m not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and there’s no tax line on your receipt.

    Payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go into Razorpay’s own secure window; this site never sees or stores them. An order only counts as paid once the payment has been checked with Razorpay.

  4. 04Delivery

    Delivery is digital, and starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

    • Downloads: your order page (your receipt) has a download button. Each download link lasts 24 hours, and a fresh one is made every time you open the page.
    • Google Drive products: your order page shows the Drive link, and it’s also emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

    Keep the link to your order page. It’s your receipt and your way back to the files, so treat it like a password: anyone who has it can download them. If you’ve paid and can’t get to your files, email me with your order number.

  5. 05Using what you buy

    Every product has its own licence note, shown on its product page and on your receipt. That note is what says how you may use the files. Whatever it lets you make with them, the files themselves are for you: please don’t resell, share or re-upload them.

  6. 06Refunds

    A digital file can’t be handed back once you have it, so purchases are generally non-refundable once you’ve downloaded the file or opened the Drive link.

    You will get a refund (or a fix, if you’d rather) when:

    • you were charged, your files never arrived, and I can’t get them to you;
    • you were charged more than once for the same order;
    • the file is broken, or clearly isn’t what the product page described, and I can’t fix it.

    If you bought something by mistake and haven’t downloaded it or opened the link yet, email me and I’ll do what’s fair.

    Refunds go back to the way you paid, through Razorpay. Razorpay says a refund usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days of being issued. Once you’re refunded, the licence ends, and you should delete any copies of the files.

  7. 07Questions and problems

    Email work@priyanshurathod.com with your order number (the 8-character code on your receipt) and what’s wrong. Replies usually come back within a day.

  8. 08Changes to these terms

    If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The terms on this page on the day you bought apply to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India. How your details are handled is in the privacy policy.
