Innate Frames is the studio name of Priyanshu, a real estate video editor based in India. I run this site myself and I’m the one responsible for what it collects. You can reach me at work@priyanshurathod.com.

• If you send an inquiry: your name, email, phone number (if you give one) and your message, so I can reply to you.
• If you buy something: your email and, if you give it, your name, plus a record of the order: what you bought, the amount, the date, and Razorpay’s reference numbers for the payment. That’s how your files reach you (a Google Drive link is emailed to that address) and how I can help if something goes wrong or you ask for a refund.
• Page counts: the site counts its own page views: which public page was opened, where the visit came from (only the site’s name, like google.com), and a random number that tells one visit’s pages apart from another’s. That number lives in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. No cookies, no IP address and no device details are stored, and order pages are never counted. It’s used only to see which pages and edits people look at.

Your card, UPI or bank details are never collected by this site: you enter them in Razorpay’s own secure window.

The public site doesn’t set cookies. Between the two checkout steps, your email and name are held in your browser tab (not in a cookie, and never in a web address) and cleared when you close the tab. Razorpay’s checkout, which only loads when you choose to pay, works under Razorpay’s own privacy policy and may store its own data in your browser.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. A few services handle data on my behalf, only to do their job:

• Razorpay processes payments.
• Resend sends the email with your Google Drive link. It receives your email address and the order details.
• Google Drive hosts the larger files. Opening a Drive link is between you and Google, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Supabase stores the site’s database and files (inquiries, orders, page counts).
• Vercel hosts the site, and counts page views separately with its Web Analytics, which Vercel describes as working without cookies.

Like any web host, Vercel and Supabase keep standard server logs to run and protect their services, which can include IP addresses. Those are covered by their own privacy policies.

Orders are kept as the record of the sale. Inquiries and page counts are kept until I delete them, or sooner if you ask me to delete yours.
